Binuluan found art in Kindergarten, making swirls to mimic tornados. Continuing with such motion, they carried their years with lessons from their late grandfather in the craft. He was also responsible for their introduction to their first ever drawing – Bahay Kubo, a traditional Filipino house.
Binuluan’s favorite art style is the work of Aya Takano. Takano’s art in their words, “captures how I see the world and my personality.”
They classify their work as a digital diary. As a collection of works resulting from shifted interests and times over the years, bringing to life momentary conceptions that in tandem bring us the personhood of Hannah Ann Nicole Binuluan.
Their art has been an impactful contribution to our CSUCI community.
