As Winans notes, engagement in clubs serves as a robust networking strategy, fostering connections that can potentially shape future careers. it is not just about building a resume; it is about building skills and relationships that can propel students toward their aspirations. Clubs are the threads in the rich fabric of campus life, contributing to the tapestry that is the CI community. These organizations do not just exist; they thrive, actively enriching the campus by organizing events, programs, and activities that breathe life into its educational mission. “Engaging with cubs and organizations on campus is a great networking strategy that can help students work towards future careers,” Winans explains. “Joining a club or organization can enhance professional development, build leadership skills and create opportunities for students to meet faculty, advisors other students with common interests.”
